We have also included the principal forms appropriate to your production sector, as well as a table summarizing your obligations regarding traceability. The Responsabilities Table is your basic tool for everything connected to declarations and the tasks to be undertaken when tracking animals. Always keep it readily available or post it in your office to simplify the procedure. All of these documents can be downloaded from our website. However, you can save time and be more efficient by using FormCLIC to make your declarations. You can avoid making mistakes and ensure that your information will be entered much more quickly in our database.
